technological process

The internal resistance, voltage and other parameters of the battery are set through the software of the human-computer interface, and the following functions are automatically completed by PLC:

Manually load the battery into the silo → paste the positive pole of the battery onto insulated highland barley paper → carry the battery with a belt → test and sort the battery with a test cylinder (upload data from the tester and sort the battery with software) → sort the battery with a mechanical gripper; The equipment is equipped with audible and visual alarm, which can complete automatic shutdown, full material alarm, fault alarm, etc. The operating parameters can be set according to the actual requirements of customers.
